Cecilia (Cece) Echevarria (she/her)
Advisor: Curriculum Design

Cece joined MeshEd as an Educational Enrichment intern in the summer of 2023 and continued in the role in 2024. She has since worked as an advisor in curriculum design, drawing on her experiences teaching MeshEd Action Lab courses in Connecticut. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in American Sign Language Studies (with a concentration in Interpreting ASL and English) and a B.S. in American Sign Language Education, before completing her M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction in May 2026. Cece currently works as an ASL teacher at a middle school in southern Connecticut. At MeshEd, she combines her classroom experience with her passion for curriculum design and development.
