What we do

We build inclusive learning experiences.

We know that collaborating on projects and solving problems with diverse stakeholders fosters creativity, emotional intelligence, and career readiness; we embed playful team-building activities, self & peer reflection, response to feedback, and culturally responsive activities in every element of program design.

We make project-based learning manageable, scalable, and central to education and career advancement.

We have streamlined and codified the project-based learning cycle to culminate in digital portfolios, ready to attach to leading high school and college applications.

We help students develop and share the work that means the most to them.

Whether the outcome is a painting, a robot, or a plan to tackle climate change, we help students move from idea to impact—and to reflect upon the process of project development while learning from peer and instructor feedback.

We use real-time data to learn, so you can, too.

We survey our students and clients routinely and share findings across the “mesh” or fabric of our networked intelligence to connect our students, clients and programs.
